Our original fire poker is personalized with the couple’s family name, making it both a functional tool and a lasting memento. The 4 ft length provides extra reach, allowing you to adjust logs, stir coals, and manage flames comfortably and safely from a distance.

Because each of our pieces is made just for you, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please take a moment to carefully review your personalization details before placing your order. We create your piece exactly as the information is entered at checkout, so we’re unable to make changes or accept returns for errors submitted with the order.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our end, please reach out within 5 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.

Shipping & Pickup
Each Fireside Gifts item is made to order and personalized just for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped via the selected carrier, or you may choose free local pickup in Aylmer, Ontario at checkout. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
